Went into collect some car seat covers I had put on hold, then asked staff what other choices do they have, staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, showing me lots of choices and what was on special......I changed my mind from what I had on hold, and got some neoprene car seat covers, which I had been hesitant about choosing, but absolutely love them, and was sold on them being UV safe, very happy, Thankyou
Stopped in to get some LED lights to upgrade an older car. Got some very sound advice with a very customer pleasing manner. I am sorry I forgot your name. Dare I say it typically I may have gone elsewhere, the red store, but I am now a complete convert in every way. You will have my business from now on. Thank you.
Staff at autobarn moonah have ZERO customer service. I walked into the store and was ignored by all 3 staff members behind the desk. I stood looking at a product for 15minutes and was not once offered assistance. Last time I checked greeting people when they walk in and offering assistance is PART OF YOUR JOB. I finally went to the desk and asked about a product that was listed as “in stock” on the website, one staff members says “oh we don’t have that, someone must’ve done the stock take wrong”. Here’s a thought maybe DONT advertise that you have a product in stock WHEN YOU DONT. (Who ever does the moonah autobarn stock takes should maybe LEARN TO COUNT).
Came in with a dying car battery while on holiday. The staff were incredibly helpful. I was very fortunate to have come by this store.
